R.B.B. is an art and antique dealer from Nice, France. Working also with
prestigious museums in Geneva, Switzerland, which published his studies,
he received an Acknowledge Part in the Power and Gold Exhibition
opened in New York.on the initiative of the Asia Society, on
Park Avenue.

Two years of friendship with Picasso, I once conferred to him
that I enjoyed painting. He then told me, first, study the works and
technique of the past masters. Whatever your style of expression, the
people will always respect the quality of your workmanship.
Second: don't be afraid of perfection as you won't reach it. I always
remembered that advice and still teach it to our students.
















 

- Our concept is to create original paintings which is entirely hand
   painted on canvas. Based on antique documents, prints, plans of ports,
   ships and earlier period costumes.

   Beside the fact that they are entirely hand painted, you will never find
   two identical paintings. Each one of them have some specific details in
   placement, color or attitude. We guarantee you that no paintings
   will be released without a serial#.

   Giving an attribution to the original atelier paintings, have always been
   criticized and hazardous due to unsigned works. We have decided to
   sign each piece to be found on the bottom right side corner, signed as
   Atelier R.B.B.

   Also, the canvas will be stamped at the back of the painting that
   certifies that it is original and has undergone quality control. The
   serial# and the signature in the stamp authenticates the originality of
   the product.

   This serves as a warranty on your investment and it also allow us to
   trace each painting from the first buyer to the latest.

- Using our own private collection we display some of them for you to
  order from us.

- For the painting we have actually in stock. (Available for immediate
  delivery) is   mentioned under the pictures.

- A slight antique finish enhances the period effect

- We usually require one month production time before shipment
  anywhere, rolled, by DHL

- You can consult our list of subjects or you can ask for a
  quotation for special orders

- Our standard size for nautical pictures is (36 x 24 inches or
  91 x 61 cm)

- Although we price our work as reasonable as we can, buying
  from us is an investment that we respect and protect.

- Our painting are our creation, we do not copy and each one is
